We require $50 (Non-Refundable) booking deposit to secure your appointment and to cover our cosmetic nurse’s time (this will be deducted from your future treatments).
We offer a review 2 weeks post wrinkle reduction treatment and between 1-2 weeks post contour and volume. waiting too long post treatment doesn't count as a review.(charges may apply if extra product is needed).
If you need to reschedule/cancel your appointment for any reason, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your visit ($50 cancellation fees applies if changes made within 24 hours of your appointment).

Client who are under 18 years of age.
Client who are pregnant/planning pregnancy within 3 months of their treatments, or breast feeding.
Clients cannot have Contour & Volume Treatments if they are planning on International travel in two weeks.
Clients who are feeling unwell or have cold and flu symptoms.
Within 2 weeks of covid vaccines (only stops you from receiving dermal fillers, but you can have anti-wrinkles).
Within 6 weeks of tetanus & whooping cough vaccines (only stops you from receiving Soften & Smooth Treatments)
Clients taking antibiotics for any active infections.

Please note clients must be deemed medically fit and suitable for treatment. On the day of your treatment, we must discuss your medical history/medications with our scripting doctors and follow their advice (there could be more contraindications that stops us from providing cosmetic injectable treatments).
